Chicken pasta for baby
Here is an easy recipe for baby's chicken pasta that I cooked over the weekend:
1. Cook Pasta until al-dente
2. Boil green beans and carrots in the reserved pasta water until soft
3. Add in garlic, onion and chicken.
4. Boil everything until chicken is no longer pink.
5. Blend everything together with a tablespoon of olive oil.
6. Serve warm or store in air tight containers if freezing. Keep up to 3 days in fridge and 3 months in freezer.
P/S: Grate in a little cheese for an extra dose of protein and calcium
